This easy candy corn popcorn bark is a quick, no-bake fall snack made with popcorn, white chocolate, and candy corn. Perfect for Halloween parties, movie nights, or a simple sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 cups popped popcorn (about 1/2 cup unpopped kernels or one standard bag of microwave popcorn)
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening
  • 1/2 cup fall-themed sprinkles or jimmies (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pop your popcorn and spread it out on a sheet pan to cool completely. Pick out any unpopped kernels.
  2. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Place white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until smooth and melted (about 1.5 to 2 minutes total).
  4. Place cooled popcorn in a large mixing bowl. Pour melted white chocolate over the top and gently fold until every kernel is coated.
  5. Pour the coated popcorn onto the prepared sheet pan and spread into an even layer.
  6. While the white chocolate is still wet, sprinkle candy corn and peanuts (if using) evenly over the top. Press them down gently to adhere.
  7. Add sprinkles (if using) over the top.
  8. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, or until the white chocolate is completely firm and set.
  9. Lift the bark out of the pan using the parchment paper. Break into irregular pieces with your hands.

Notes

Use fresh candy corn for best texture. Let popcorn cool completely before adding chocolate to prevent clumping. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Do not refrigerate after setting to keep popcorn crisp.
